General School Rules
The rules of the R.N. Public School is as given below,
- Students must carry their almanac and smart card to school everyday.
- Students are advised to keep their classroom, school building and campus as clean as possible, and throw leftovers into the dustbins.
- Parents are required to inform the school if there is any change in their address and / or telphone number.
- Students who com to school on their own, should arrive at the school before the bell rings.
- Changing of classrooms between periods should be done silently in an orderly manner.Care must be taken of the school property. No student should damage any school furniture; write or draw anything on the walls. Damage done should be reported at once to the class teacher. Recovery for any damage will be made from the concerned student.
- Students should be habitually clean and always neatly dressed. The school uniform should be worn on all working days and for all school functions. Students who are slovenly dressed or not in uniform will be sent home.
- The morning bell before a class or assembly is a signal for all to get to the assembly or to their respective classroom. This should be done promptly and in silence.
- All boys (except Sikhs) must keep their hair short. Girls must tie their hair neatly with a black band.
- Lending or borrowing of money or other articles is prohibited.
- No books (other than test books or library books), magazines or papers should be brought to school.
- The school reserves the right to suspend the student whose progress in studies is unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students.
- A child who fails twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue his/her studies in the school.
- Last day of the month will be halfday.
- Parents and guardians not visit their wards or teachers without prior permission of the Principal / Coordinator.
- Parents and guardians of all students should contact the teachers on the PTA days to note the progress of their wards.
- Students who come to school escorted should never leave before the arrives. In case of delay, they should report to the school office.
- A student who uses unfair means during tests will be given zero in the subject and a warning letter. Repectition of the same will result in dismissal.
- The name, class and section of the pupil should be clearly marked on all the belongings of th students. Water bottles, blazers and jerseys should also bear the name of the student.
- Late comers, uniform defaulters and children who do not do their homework regularly will be sent home.
- Students are not allowed to go to a relative / friens's house from school.
- Students using the school bus will have to maintain discipline in the bus. Bus facilities will be withdrawn in cases where discipline is not priperly maintained.
- Students are not allowed to use the schooltelphone without the permission of the receptionist. They will not be called to answer phone calls during class hours.
- A sick child not be sent to school. In case of an emergency, the school doctor instructs so, the parents will be requested to take the child back. Under no circumstances will the child be allowed to leave school without an authorising letter from the parents.
- For damage of any school property, minimum fee charged will be Rs.100/- (Fine amount may increase according to the nature of the damage caused.)
- Every second saturday and last saturday of the month will be off from class Nursry to Class V.
